Variation 13: Te Kauwhata Structure Plan "Decisions" version 19 June 2010

This Variation involves changes to the relevant planning maps to amend the zoning of some sites, as well as the establishment of new rules, objectives and policies in the Te Kauwhata Structure Plan area.

The hearing of submissions and further submissions was held on 28/29 April 2010 and decisions were notified on 19 June 2010.
