Variation 13 amends rules and maps in the Proposed District Plan to manage the impacts of the expected growth and residential development in Te Kauwhata. The structure plan proposes the rezoning of some land, a revised road layout, stormwater management, infrastructure network development, ecological protection, provision of open space and walkways, development standards and urban design guidelines.
