Plans are underway for a new purpose-built Te Kauwhata Library. The new library, to be built on the corner of Main and Mahi Roads will feature a community meeting room, designated areas for young children and teenagers, and a spacious library area all radiationg form a central hub.
The new library has been designed with the ability to expand should the need arise in future years.
