Clean Up Week A Success (Tuesday, 15 September 2009)

Two thousand and nine people rolled up their sleeves, and gave the Waikato district a spruce up during Keep New Zealand Beautiful Week. 

Waikato District Council Chief Executive, Gavin Ion, said Council received an overwhelming response this year, with 13 schools, and 12 clubs and families participating in the event - twice as many people as last year.
 

As part of its on-going commitment to actively seek public feedback and involvement, the Waikato District Council is conducting their annual resident satisfaction survey.
