Grazing Licence, Reserve land at 41 Duke Street, Ngaruawahia
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 it is proposed to grant a licence to occupy an area of reserve land located at 41 Duke Street, Ngaruawahia comprising 2.0234 hectares more or less.
Tenders are invited for the licence for a term of three years and tender documents are available from the Council Offices in Ngaruawahia and Huntly.
Tenders, submissions or objections should be marked “Grazing Licence – Reserve Land, 41 Duke Street, Ngaruawahia” and submitted to the Property Officer, Waikato District Council, Private Bag 544, Ngaruawahia by 4.00pm on 10 August 2010.
