NZTA - Notice of Joint Hearing WDC & Waikato Regional Council (Environment Waikato)
Notice is hereby given of a Joint Hearing to be held in the Council Chamber, Waikato District Council Office, 15 Galileo Street, Ngaruawahia, commencing on MONDAY 2 AUGUST 2010 at 9.15am and continuing on subsequent days as necessary to complete the Hearing.
The purpose of the Hearing is to hear and recommend on a Notice of Requirement for Alteration to Designation and to hear and decide on Resource Consent applications made by New Zealand Transport Agency for the Waikato Expressway: Rangiriri Section.
Note: In the event that the business of any Committee is not concluded on the advertised dates, the meeting may be continued on a later date scheduled by the Commissioners prior to adjournment.
This notice is given under section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
