Variation 13: Te Kauwhata Structure Plan - Summary of Submissions
The Waikato District Council has prepared a Summary of Decisions Requested by Submitters to Variation 13: Te Kauwhata Structure Plan, of the Proposed Waikato District Plan.
The Summary of Submissions is available in searchable format, together with the submissions on the Variation, on the Council’s website www.waikatodistrict.govt.nz
Copies of the Summary, the Submissions and of the Variation may also be inspected from 28 November 2009 at the following locations during normal opening hours:
- Waikato District Council, 15 Galileo Street, Ngaruawahia
- Huntly Area Office and Public Library, 142 Main Street, Huntly
- Te Kauwhata Library, 5A Main Road, Te Kauwhata
The Summary is being notified according to Clause 7 of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991 as it was at the date of notification of the Variation on 26 September 2009. Under those provisions, any person may make a further submission to the Council, but only in support of or in opposition to an original submission. No new issues may be raised. The further submission must be in RMA Form 6 and must state whether or not you wish to be heard. Forms for further submissions may be obtained from any of the offices and libraries named above, or may be downloaded from the Council’s website.
Any person who makes a further submission to the Council must, within five working days, serve a copy of the further submission on the person who made the original submission.
All further submissions must be received no later than Friday 15 January 2010 by the Waikato District Council at one of the the following addresses for service:
