I have worked at Waikato District Council for three years in the Customer Delivery Team.

My role is customer facing and involves dealing with all customers, ratepayers and visitors who come into Council. We greet all customers and help them with various enquiries from animal control issues through to queries regarding rates and community events.

As an Enquiry Manager we also support internal departments at Waikato District Council for example we are heavily involved in the dog registration process.

One of the best things about working here at Council is the people. There is a real family feeling amongst my colleagues and Waikato District Council are very supportive employers. We have a lot of fun and there is heaps of laughter.
