Projects

Tahuna Road is a sealed rural road situated east of Huntly and is a common route for commuters
between State Highway One to the west and the Thames Valley to the east. The project starts south of
Rutherfurd Road and extends from R.P. 9950 to R.P. 11650, a distance of 1700m. 270m of Rutherford Road will also be treated.
 

The project starts at R.P. 8.740 and ends at R.P. 9.440, a length of 700m. Proposed works involve removal and replacement of the severely deformed existing pavement, including reinforcement with geogrid. An existing 900mm diameter culvert is also to be replaced.

Piako Road is a sealed rural arterial road connecting State Highway 1B in Gordonton to State Highway 26 in Matamata-Piako District to the east. The project starts at RP 0.886 and ends at RP 2.580, a length of 1694m. This project involves overlay of the existing pavement with associated shoulder widening and safety improvements to the Puketaha Road intersection.

Te Puroa Road is a rural road situated off Waingaro Road in the Whangape Ward of the Waikato District. The project starts at R.P. 2.72 and ends at R.P. 4.01, a distance of 1280m.

Waipa Heights Road is an unsealed rural road situated off Te Puroa Road in the Whangape Ward of the Waikato District. The project starts at R.P. 0.05 and ends at R.P.1.05, a distance of 1000m.
