Raglan Community Board Meeting

The Raglan Community Board’s role is to express the community’s views on local issues to the Council.

The Board meets on a six-weekly cycle with meetings scheduled to start at 1:30pm.  Public forum will be the first item on the agenda after commencement of the meeting.

This meeting is held in the Supper Room, Town Hall, Bow Street, Raglan.

All members of the public are invited to attend.

Note: COVID-19 Update

The Council’s focus is very much on ensuring our communities, elected members and staff are safe.  With the recent developments around Coronavirus (COVID-19), Level 2 requirements will be in place for this meeting.

What this means for you:

  • Please avoid attending public meetings if you are sick or are in a vulnerable group (e.g. over 60, immune-compromised).
  • Physical Distancing - maintain the 1m social distancing rule.  There will be limited seating to comply with this requirement.  If you cannot reasonably maintain this distance, please wear an appropriate face mask.
  • Contact tracing –  Everyone attending this meeting must record their visit to the hall on the contact tracing form provided or check in using a QR code (if available).
  • Hand sanitizer will be provided at every entry and exit point within the hall along with the contact tracing form.
