We’re looking to install new toilets in Tamahere as part of the New Loos You Choose project, which will see several new toilet blocks installed around the Waikato district.
We’ve been working closely with Tamahere Community Committee to provide toilet blocks that will suit the needs of the community. Your new loos will feature a miner’s hut gable roof, weatherboard cladding and a sandstone grey exterior, to match the Tamahere Village and Piazza.
The new loos will be installed in the same location as the existing portable toilets, next to Tamahere Park (see map below).
Construction is expected to start later this year.
