TOPIC: Use of Council Land Policy

PURPOSE: Elected Members have requested more information on our leases, we need to start a Policy review process for a number of outdated lease policies as well as the charging structure for not for profit leases. The Elected members are asked to consider this information as well as the need to review leasing delegations in advance of a formal policy review
