Chief Executive Performance Review Committee Meeting

An Extraordinary Meeting of the Waikato District Council is being held to consider the Acting and Interim Chief Executive Appointment Delegations and Process.

Under section 48(1) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 this matter will be held with the public excluded:

cl7(2)(a) – To protect a person’s privacy.

cl7(2)(f) – To maintain the effective conduct of public affairs through

(ii)  the protection of such members, officers, employees, and persons from improper pressure or harassment.

cl7(2)(g) – To maintain legal professional privilege.

cl7(2)(i) – To enable any local authority holding the information to carry on, without prejudice or disadvantage, negotiations (including commercial and industrial negotiations); or

cl7(2)(j) – To prevent the disclosure or use of official information for improper gain or improper advantage.
