Ngaaruawaahia families are invited to come together this Saturday for a free afternoon of summer fun at the local pools.
The Ngaaruawaahia Community Day will be held on Saturday 21 February, from 12 noon to 4pm, at the Ngaaruawaahia Pools on Market Street.
With free entry for everyone, the event promises something for all ages. There will be a free sausage sizzle, bubbles, volleyball, and a large inflatable obstacle run in the pool from 1pm to 3pm for children aged eight years and over.
Younger tamariki are also encouraged to join in the fun. Children aged one to five years can come dressed as their favourite character and will have the chance to win prizes.
This event is proudly supported by the Ngaaruawaahia Community Board and Belgravia Leisure, our Council provider who helps manage swimming pools across the Waikato district, and along with generous support from Roberts and Ngaaruawaahia Pharmacy.
It’s a great opportunity for the community to connect, enjoy the pools, and make the most of the last week of summer.
Pack your togs, bring the whānau and head along for a relaxed, fun afternoon at the pools.
