Ngaaruawaahia Dog Pound

New Build of Dog Pound.  Dependent on feasibility study to decide between separate buildings or centralised.  # Figures require QS.  FY24/25 renewals to also be completed as part of the building upgrade.

Project Update

June 2025 - The relocation of the fencing including the acoustic has been completed. Building 1 has been emptied with demolition work planned to commence the week of the 09 June. The Admin transportable building has passed structural and pre-line inspections, ready for roofing and cladding.
