The Point, Ngaaruawaahia toilet block

Delivery of new two pan modular toilet unit to replace the fire damaged toilet. New modular toilet to be located at the new carpark to the west of the playground. Demolition of the existing fire damaged toilet to be included within the pumphouse project. 

Project Update

April 2024 - We're currently working with Mana Whenua including the Office of the Kiingitanga and Ngaaruawaahia Community Board to deliver new toilets, a new carpark and repair the fire damaged building.

Pricing is due back from the contractors by the end of May 2024.  The Board have selected the colours/designs for the new toilet block.  The footpath and carpark design should be completed by the end of May 2024.
