Tuakau Hall refurbishment [Completed]

Specific improvement work is scheduled for the Tuakau Hall building, considering its age and the end of its serviceable life.

To ensure efficiency and avoid unnecessary reworks, we have carefully planned the hall improvements in collaboration with our facilities team.

The scope of work includes seismic assessments, seismic strengthening, roof remedial works, floor resurfacing, and the replacement or removal of acoustic fabric wall coverings based on their acoustic effects.

These enhancements aim to provide a safer and more functional space for our community.
