Waikato District Council has received an application from A M Titchmarsh and M B Titchmarsh for a resource consent as follows:
Proposal: Application for subdivision consent to create 92 new residential lots between 600m² and 1110m², a road to vest, local purpose and esplanade reserves to vest from a site and undertake associated earthworks, in three stages on Land Zoned Rural Residential (Franklin section of the Waikato District Plan).
Location: 99 Escotts Rd, Tuakau being Lot 1 DP 169701 as comprised in Certificate of Title SA102A/293.
The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.

Any person may make a submission on the application, but a person who is a trade competitor of the applicant may do so only if that person is directly affected by an effect of the activity to which the application relates that –
