In accordance with the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974, the Waikato District Council hereby gives notice that, there being no objection to the proposed stopping of the unnamed, unformed portion of road between unformed Wellington Street and Cambridge Street Pokeno, described in the Schedule, is declared stopped.
