Waikato District Plan - Plan Change 14 Raglan Rezone

At its meeting held on 5 December 2016, the Waikato District Council resolved, to make operative all the provisions of Plan Change 14 Raglan Rezone to the Waikato District Plan.

Accordingly, the above plan change will become operative on Monday 19 December 2016. 


Notified on 8 and 9 December 2016 in the Raglan Chronicle and Waikato Times respectively, pursuant to Clause 20 of Schedule 1 to the Resource Management Act 1991.
