Notice of Meeting – Extraordinary Council Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Waikato District Council will be held at the District Office, Ngaruawahia on Monday 12 December 2016 commencing at 9.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to seek a Council resolution to withdraw the industrial component of Plan Change 16 (Stage 1 of the Tuakau Structure Plan).

Note:  In the event that the business is not concluded on the advertised date, the meeting may be continued on a later date scheduled by the Council prior to adjournment.

This notice is given under section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
