Private Plan Change 22 – Builtsmart
A decision which approved Plan Change 22 – Builtsmart was issued on 03 June 2020. No appeals were received.
Accordingly, pursuant to Clause 20 in Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991, Council is hereby notifying the date in which the plan change becomes operative.
Plan change will become operative on Friday 24 July 2020.
