Notice is hereby given that at its Council meeting on 29 September 2025 the Waikato District Council, in accordance with clause 17(2) in Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991, resolved to make more parts of the Waikato District Plan Operative in Part, operative from 8 October 2025.
