NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary Meeting of the Waikato District Council will be held in the Council Chambers, District Office, 15 Galileo Street, Ngaruawahia on MONDAY 2 MARCH 2015 commencing at 9.30am.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider open and public excluded resolutions from the Strategy & Finance Committee Meeting held on Tuesday 24 February 2015 and to approve the Proposed Long Term Plan 2015-25 Consultation Document for Notification.
Note: In the event that the business of any Committee is not concluded on the advertised date, the meeting may be continued on a later date scheduled by the Committee prior to adjournment.
This notice is given under section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
