Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary meeting of the Discretionary and Funding Committee will take place on Monday 18 November 2019, 1:30pm in the Committee Rooms 1 & 2, Waikato District Council, 15 Galileo Street, Ngaruawahia.
The general matters to be considered at the meeting are to provide an update to the Committee on Funding guidelines and allocations, and to decide on applicants seeking approval for funding from the Council’s Rural Ward Fund.
