The clearance certificate or S224C TA Approval certificate is issued when all conditions are satisfied, the fees incurred for the processing and checking of conditions and documentation which include but are not limited to staff time, site visits, mileage, preparation of legal documentation, rapid plates and development contributions have been paid. You will be emailed a package  which includes the following:

  • 224 Pre-check sheet
  • 224C TA Approval Certificate signed
  • All legal documents applicable at time of consent
  • Final Clearance account with a stamp paid
  • Development Contribution invoice stamped paid.
