Pre-paid rubbish stickers and bin tags

We use wheelie bins, crates and pre-paid stickers and tags, depending on the collection type in your area. Find out below what you need and where to get it.

Need a recycling crate?

Each household receives two free crates when they complete a new build. Replacement crates can be purchased for $23 each from council offices. For locations see our contact us page.

Recycling must be placed in the crate except cardboard and/or paper, which can be placed between or under a crate or in a cardboard box. 

Where can I buy rubbish bag stickers and wheelie bin tags?

You can buy stickers and tags from Council, supermarkets, local convenience stores and service stations listed below. 

The following retailers have advised they stock the pre-paid stickers and tags. Please check they are in stock prior to visiting the store. 

Our recommended retail prices (RRP) are $3.00 for pink stickers and $6.00 for green tags.

You may continue to use your stock: two blue stickers equal $3.00 ($1.50 each), and two yellow tags equal $6.00 ($3.00 each).
