June community sessions

We're bringing the conversation to communities across the district through a series of councillor-led sessions already scheduled in local areas. These sessions will cover Head Start and the Long-Term Plan, where relevant, and offer a chance to learn more, ask questions, and contribute your feedback. We look forward to seeing you there.

Meremere Community Committee Meeting

Location: Meremere Community Centre, 21 Heather Green Avenue, Meremere

The Meremere Community Committee’s role is to discuss and assist with issues concerning the local community.

These meetings are held in the Community Hall, Heather Green Ave, Meremere, unless otherwise stated or advertised on the Council’s Events page.

All members of the public are invited to attend.

For more information contact the Democracy Team on any matters relating to the Meremere Community Committee. 

The appointed Council members on this board is Councillor Marlene Raumati.

  • Youth / Rangatahi engagement: Districtwide
  • Rural Communities: Rural wards
  • Toituu Marae: Districtwide
  • Ngaa Poukai - Waikato-Tainui: Districtwide.
