Ngaa Papa Taakaro

Waikato District Council manage community playgrounds and skateparks, which are in most urban neighbourhoods in the district. They cater for age groups ranging from toddlers to teenagers. These facilities are free to access and are available all year round.

Horotiu

AFFCO Horotiu dog park and playground is closed from Monday 27 February 2023.

The land for the park, previously leased from AFFCO Holdings Limited Horotiu, is required to support future AFFCO development opportunities.

Council is investigating suitable alternatives and updates will be provided below as they are made available.
