  • I am a typical determined Kiwi with a lifetime of experiences. My history includes being a graduate of Lincoln Agricultural University, business owner, including building, take aways, business advisor and mentor, 4 times published author. educator, and public speaker. The subjects of my books are Business, The human Stress Response and now Anxiety.

After meeting some people struggling with mental health, I decided that as a project, I would endeavour to find the science that would clearly explain what this thing called anxiety, really was. There is no clear explanation available through the mental health industry.

If I had anxiety, I would want to know the facts. What is it and how did I end up with it? How do I get rid of it and why I will never have it in my life again.

Three years after beginning my quest for answers, I published my latest book. The Science Behind The Nuts And Bolts Of Anxiety and why there is nothing to fear.
