Creative Communities Scheme Assessment Committee

The Creative Communities Scheme Assessment Committee considers applications and allocates funding, in line with any specific local priorities that have been set by Council.

Reports to: Creative New Zealand and the Council's Discretionary & Funding Committee

Membership:

  • Two elected members (Councillors Tilly Turner and Mike Keir)
  • Two iwi representatives   (TBA; Ms Amomai Pihama)
  • One Arts Council representative (Heather Cunningham)
  • Four community representatives (Claire Du Bosky; Judi Muru; Mark Vincent; Annette Taylor)

Meeting frequency: As and when required, at least twice yearly

Quorum: A majority of members (including vacancies)
