The Waikato District Council gives notice that the Independent Commissioners have made their decisions on submissions and further submissions received on Private Plan Change 22 Builtsmart to the Waikato District Plan.

Change to Water Supply Charges for 2020/2021
Council is proposing to re-instate a Temporary Water Rate of $335.59 last charged in the 2017/2018 rating year on 1 July 2020 for properties that are connected to Council supply but have no water meter that can calculate a volumetric charge for water use.

Temporary road closure: Mercer Bridge

Proposed Temporary Road Closures: World Rally Championship
Notice is hereby given that Waikato District Council, for allowing Rally New Zealand to hold stages of the New Zealand leg of the World Rally Championship on September 4, proposes to temporarily close a number of roads in the Raglan and Te Akau areas.
