Community Boards & Community Committee Funding

Community Boards and Committees now manage their own funding. Waikato District Council provides funding to these boards and committees to assist community groups, non-commercial groups and voluntary organisations operating within our district for events and projects.

Below are the areas that can apply for this funding. If you are outside of these areas, you may be able to apply for funding through our rural fund.

2. Contact relevant Funding Representative for pre-approval, meeting dates and deadlines

      3. Complete application form prior to deadline

      4. Accountability form to be completed and provided to Chair after event/project is complete.
