We’ll group the feedback into themes and share what we heard with each community and with Council. Your feedback will not be attributed to you by name. The themes will help inform the draft Long Term Plan.

What happens at a session
No two sessions look quite the same. A big turnout runs differently from a small one, and some sessions sit inside a community board or committee meeting alongside their other business. Your councillor opens and closes it either way, and we cover six things.

Your councillor puts their community’s questions to the room: what matters most here, and what have we missed? Often run as small-group conversations across a few tables rather than a Q&A from the front.
At most venues we'll also have a table set up where you can talk with your councillor and staff directly — before the meeting starts, while it's running, or straight afterwards. That way you don't have to wait for a gap in a formal agenda to have your say. We'll publish the time, venue and format for each session on this page as they're confirmed.
