In September 2025, Waikato District Council adopted the updated Sports Park Reserve Management Plan.
This plan outlines the future use and development of Sports Parks within the district. Council has 46 such parks which have been categorised as sports parks, which includes reserve with sports fields, tennis courts and areas suitable for sporting activities Please find the adopted Sports Park Reserve Management Plan below.
